I am born and raised in beautiful San Diego, CA. I began my yoga journey in 2016 as a student in a small local studio. Since then I have gone on to become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I currently have six years of teaching experience in the fitness and wellness space. I teach vinyasa, hot, yin, and power yoga. I’m passionate about creating classes that are both challenging and accessible. As a lifelong student, I’m always continuing my education to better support my community.
My mission is to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and represented. Latinx voices and experiences are at the center of my work.
